Didn't you have a recipe for crock pot mac n cheese? I want to try to make some this week, but there are about a gazillion recipes online and I can't pick one! Can you share?
Yes and it is delicious!! I usually double the recipe because it always gets eaten up and the leftovers are just as good. If you double the recipe you will need to use 2 crock pots though (learn from my mistake!)
1 can (10.75 ounce size) condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
1/2 cup butter, melted
16 ounces shredded cheddar cheese (I use 8 oz package of cheddar and 8 oz of mozzarella, for stringy-ness!)
Also - add just a bit of salt and pepper.
DIRECTIONS:
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
In a 5-qt. slow cooker, combine the cream, soup and butter until smooth; stir in the cheese and pasta. Cover and cook on low for 2-1/2 hours or until cheese is melted.
HAPPY FALL!!
