You know, as a mother, I could not care less about the "facts" you know. I NEVER, EVER would even consider touching a man who had an ounce of suspicion against him. There is nothing more despicable, more gut-wrenching, more unnatural than what your husband is accused of. Actually, there is something more disgusting, the fact that you had children with him. I really wish you could go to prison for child endangerment. You're disgraceful, desperate, pathetic, and a shame to society. I really only know about this situation from reading posts, but like I said, I don't care about your defenses of facts. Suspicion, an arrest, that's enough evidence for me when it comes to the safety of children.

This is late...but how can someone get falsely charged twice for child pornography possessions? That's some shitty luck if you ask me... or they are guilty.

Also, regardless of his guilt or innocence, for the sake of your children, please don't be blind. As a victim of sexual abuse by my own father I have to ask that you don't turn your back on your babies if he ever hurts them. Better yet, don't give him the chance. My mother knew and never protected me. My father is in prison for 80 years now. Just protect them. Don't choose a man over them.

Edit: and in regards to the reference to your husband having PTSD from the military, I call BS. My father used the excuse in court too when I finally came forward about his dirty deeds. The judge and jury didn't buy and and neither did anyone else. It amazes me how many low life scum bags try to use a real disorder to excuse their nasty urges. It's despicable.

This. You aren't the only one who your decisions effect. If you feel your kids are safe, that is great for you. I am just asking that you not be blind or ignorant should something ever peak your suspicions. And on that note, don't be so blindly trusting that you completely overlook obvious signs that something is wrong.

I will say in your defense I actually do know someone who was wrongly accused of possessing child pornography. However, his case was overturned. Downloaded some music, and got more than he bargained for. Sadly he for a period of time was labeled a sex offender, though we all know differently. So I know there are situations, but honestly TWICE is more than just an oops I accidentally got some child porn on my computer kind of thing.

Really this is something all mothers can learn from. Our babies come first. Period. Always. No matter what. If nothing ever happens then that is great and I hope nothing ever ever does because no child should have to live with the life long consequences that comes with being sexually exploited or lusted after or abused. But if something does happen, please choose your babies over him and don't just turn away.

What I said was that I didn't care about YOUR opinion. Duh I care about the group as a whole. I spent almost a year caring for and getting to know all of you. Of course I care.

Let me ask you a question...and you don't have to answer. During the time I was in the group (and again, I don't know who you are IRL, so I don't know if we actually friends on FB, but if we were you saw that I had a lot of friends on my friend list. I won't lie and say that they ALL know about my husband's background, but every. last. member. of my family knows, including my mother who helped us pay for our IVF (another thing I was completely open and honest about). Now, if my husband were such a danger and I was such a disgusting human being then why would those people a) be around us and b) actively help us become parents? Are they all morally bankrupt human beings? Possible but not likely.
Again, you can think what you want, and your sweet little heart can "bleed" for my babies all it wants, but I promise you it is in vain. My husband is a wonderful father and my children love him like there's no tomorrow.
Oh, and I've said it before, but I'll say it again...RSOs who are a danger to children are not allowed to live in the same household with children. That is the law. My husband has no such restrictions, and it's not an oversight or a mistake and we live in one of the toughest states in the country as far as RSO law is concerned. That is the REALITY. That is the FACT.
So yeah...whatever.

OF COURSE if I suspected something untoward was happening to my children I would take action....you jack@@ss. If he or anyone else ever harmed my children there would be no trial there would be no justice as far as the law is concerned. The only justice that would take place would be the bullet of my gun between their eyes.
