I actually did it yesterday at work. We have regular classes twice a week at lunch time, but I've skipped the past few weeks. I decided to give it a shot yesterday and could tell that my body was definitely different. Things I could do before just didn't seem to feel right now, and I got tired a lot faster. Just listen to your own body and take breaks as you need to. And a little advice....go to the bathroom immediately before class! All the different movements seem to make that worse! I had to take a pee break in the middle of class haha

Yes, I have yoga Wednesday nights as well. I am definitely sweating more and am not as flexible. It's annoying. I am really tempted to skip, but know I'll feel better if I just go!

I teach yoga and I'm still teaching at least one class a week and that will pick back up to 3 again after my first tri (I've had m/s all day everyday). I don't practice nearly enough or as much as I used to but I'm planning to go back if my energy does in fact return in a few weeks. When I have gone, it's not been bad, just different.
I'm going to start doing pre-natal yoga during the second tri and if I'm able, I plan to do that right up until the baby comes.
The first time I did yoga all the way up until delivery and actually used techniques in labor. I'd love to do that again.
It is a good idea to let your instructor know that you are KO in case you need a rest or modifications. It is a good idea to layoff of some closed twists in T1.

Yes! I only get to it once a week now (w/ DS).
