I found a way to home-make the Vicks shower soothers. Does anyone
know if these would be ok to use? ... They just have lavender and
eucalyptus essential oils in them.
I don't know, but they sound safe. Vicks wasn't on my approved list, but have you guys seen the Baby version of Vicks? Baby Vicks. It smells sooo good and I'm sure it's fine. It doesn't have the same ingredients as the regular and is less harsh on the skin. I like sniffing DS when he's been sick and I've rubbed him down with it.
Re: XP: Vick's
Thanks!
This is what I'm using just omitting the Rosemary Oil b/c everything I've found says not to use while pregnant:

i was going to use eucalyptus oil or a vicks rub on my chest when i was sick and pharmacist told me no...
but i don't know if it's different if you're inhaling them in the shower or putting directly on your skin.
