untlil he's a year old (maybe a little longer if needed). He does really well taking bottles when I'm at work, so I think weaning will be harder on me than him.
I'm planning on going for 34 months. I really don't like being stuck to the baby non stop and carrying my pump everywhere I go. I'm 4 weeks in and I'm constantly engorged and leaking.
I EBFed DS for 7.5-8 months, but I'm a teacher, and finding time to pump at work is challenging. School resumed when he was almost 8 months old and I decided not to pump anymore, so we went to one or two nursing sessions a day... and my supply quickly dried up.
This time around, I'll pump until May, then continue to EBF throughout next summer, but will not pump when I return to work in Aug 2013 - so she'll be 10.5-11 months old probably when we stop BFing full time, and I imagine my supply will dry up right around her first birthday, if things go like they did with DS.

Re: How long do you plan on breastfeeding for?
Until it stops working for us.
I'm at nearly 17 months and am trying for #2; I'm not sure how pregnancy will impact breastfeeding for me so I'm waiting to see.

19 months and still going. I guess I'd like to be done by 2, but I will take her input into consideration.
I did stop pumping right at a year.
