My 19 month old hates diapers

 I cloth diapered DD for a while but with two 16 months apart my head was spinning and I just couldn't keep up with even attempting to cloth both so they both went to disposable. DD potty trained using cloth underwear (no pull ups) very quickly. 

DS is now 19 months old and HATES his diaper. He is constantly pulling it off saying "all done" and trying to pull off his diaper. When I let him be naked or put him in white thick underwear he runs from me as soon as he sees the diaper.  He doesn't have a rash from diapers but I think he is just uncomfortable. 

I don't really think he is ready for potty training but it is obvious to everyone who is with him, he hates wearing diapers.

I ordered this today wondering if you think this will work (I have hemp inserts still from DD) or any suggestions on what I should do?

    Try potty training.  My DD at 18 months stood naked in the kitchen one morning insisting she wear her older sisters panties to school and we haven't checked up since.  I was soooo happy not having to wash diapers anymore.
