Ooooh, I see. I finally see what the big deal is about. I'm not big by any means yet but there is extra weight in the front end and I can see what is happening now because the back pain is almost daily. My belly is growing forward so my back wants to compensate by leaning back - yeah after a while this gets old and painful! At some point will I adjust? Scared to think about what happens when the belly gets huge!?!
Re: Shift in center of gravity - back pain
I really didnt have this issue the first time but this time...oooooooh boy it hurts!
I have found that my back feels better now but I am still sore/having pain in my lower pelvic area from ligaments, etc. That and I think the baby is always super low since that's where I feel all the kicks. It should get better as you get stronger...maybe!! Sorry I'm not help!

Have you tried stretching? Also, seeing a chiropractor might help. They can also give you some exercises to help with your specific pain.
every doctor & chiropractor I've talked to has just said that my back/hip pain is just a part of pregnancy and to just hope it goes away. No one wants to hear that from a medical professional! I have found that stretching, heat, massage, and staying active help a lot. If I sit all day, my back will cramp up like crazy.
