I didn't know how to celebrate...

... when Matthew walked yesterday for the first time. He gave a couple of steps and everybody was so happy and clapping and all I could do was just smile... Yes I'm happy, but he just turned one and now he's walking... WHERE IN THE WORLD IS MY BABY???!!!??? :sigh: I'm in complete denial and I don't talk about Matt being a toddler /a what?/ he's my baby... ok I think I got it out of my chest. Thanks ladies hehe.

Oh and later I'll post Matt's birthday party pics :wink:

    Congrats Matt!  Walking is such a bittersweet milestone, isn't it?  It's so hard to see them grow so fast.

    Yay, go Matt! I cried when M started walking. She was only 10 months! Now she's practically running. I will always call her a baby though.. No toddlers in this house!

    Yay, Matthew good job!

    I'm in the same boat. G took her first steps saturday and I was so excited for her but it really hit me she's going to be a toddler soon. I guess I figured I couldn't consider her a toddler if she wasn't toddling.
