So I decided to do a Bee theme for the girls first birthday. It's been lots of fun and I found great invites and some easy decorations but then I found these free printables and want to use them but have no idea what you do once you download them. Do you print them on cardstock? Would I do that at a print shop? How do you cut things out? Honestly, I can't even figure out how to type in them. I really want to do the table tents for the food and the water bottle labels. I love the banner but feel like that could be WAY out of my league.

Re: NMR - non-craft MoM needs help with printables
The key thing here is a color printer, you might need to print it on cardstock so the tents and banner can actually hold up.... probably not necessary for the water bottle labels because you want those to be flexible to wrap around and tape/glue on the bottles. Printing them at a print shop also should not be an issue you might have to bring your own special paper if they dont have the type you want, and as far as cutting them out you just cut both parts out and glue the letter and bee circles on the flower patterns.
To type in the empty circles you just need to insert a text box inside the circle when you have it pulled up in the adobe program, or you can go old school and just write them in with marker after you print them out. Good luck it looks like a great theme!
