Update (reposted from PG after 35 because I'm an idiot sometimes).

XP because I forgot what board i was on!

Hi ladies...popping in from lurking lately with a quick update. I got in touch with my new RE's office last week and got my meds ordered and an approximate start date of October 1 for my next IVF cycle, so I've still got a couple of weeks but it's soon...I'm feeling a little like a fish out of water since I am going to be monitoring remotely at my old REs office and until I get into the flow of things with bot offices, I am nervous that info won't be reported on time, etc. but I'm sure I am worrying for nothing.

I'm very close to pulling the plug on the whole TTC process, but still not quite there yet. At the moment I am of the mind that I will try IVF for this cycle and one more (if necessary), and if I am not pregnant by the end of the year, then that will be it for us. The last couple of months have been up and down in coming to this decision, but DH and I need to move on with our lives one way or the other, and that's pretty much where I am now.

I'm happy to see the recent BFPs, so happy for you girls!

I'm also heartbroken and frustrated for Emikat and her rollercoaster ride this weekend, hope you are doing ok!

As always, thinking of you ladies daily and hoping we can all move over to the PG after 35 board very soon.

TTC since 3/2010. Me 41, DH-49. After 3 years, 6 IUIs and several IVFs we have finally have our beautiful baby girl, born on 11/7/13.

    Thanks for the update.  GL with your upcoming IVF cycle!!  This whole process of IF and deciding when enough is enough is so hard.  Hope that you get your BFP so that you never have to get to that crossroads!
    TTC since 10/09 Me-43 DH-44 RE and testing 10/10-11/10, Recommending IVF 1/11 New RE AMA and DOR-DH low motility IVF #1.1 cancelled 3/11 due to poor response IVF #1.2 May 2011, one perfect 8-cell embryo, 3dt-BFN, IVF #2.1 Converted to IUI d/t poor response. New RE 9/2011. IVF 2.2 completed using HGH,EPP,DHEA, Q-10 and accupuncture. Transferred one 8-cell, grade one embryo on 10/19. BFP 10/31/11 Chemical pregancy on 11/2/11. Started stims for IVF #3, our final try, on 12-2-11. ET on 12/18. Transferred 3 Grade A embryos-BFFN Planning DE IVF, late March/early April- Donors ER expected to be 4/2-4/4. PAIF/SAIF welcome

    Wishing you the best with your upcoming cycle!!  Hoping you will see great news very soon!!  I know it is not easy making decisions on how long to TTC.  I am hoping that this is something that you will not need to think about for much longer as your IVF will be successful instead!!

    Good luck on your upcoming cycle!  I really, really hope this is the cycle for you.

    Thank you so much of thinking about me in your post.  I'm doing better than I probably should be given the circumstances!  Keeping busy with new house projects helps a great deal!  :)

    TTC 10/11. IUI 2/12. BFP 3/8/12. 4/26/12 missed mc. RE consult 5/17/12. IVF #1 ER 7/13/12 53R, 41M ICSIed, 32F, 8 5d, 6 6d blasts - all PGD/frozen. PGD results 1 normal M and 1 normal F, 1 maybe M. FET 9/6, transferred 1 F embie. Beta 9/15 BFN. FET#2 planned for 11/2012 put off until 2013. Surprise BFP 11/21/12!! My son was born on 7/24/13!

    FET 4/28/2015 - Transferred 1 M embie. 5/6/15 BFP!

    Here's hoping you will be posting your intro on PG after 35 really soon!
    Me 39 & suspected PCOS, DH 42. Went off BCP when we got married in 11/11, seriously TTC since 3/12.  Six cycles of clomid = BFNs.  Suspected endometriosis & HSG showed both tubes blocked.  Sept 2013 IVF 5D transfer of two perfect embryos = BFN.  Started acupuncture and taking time off to drop some pounds & get healthier before FET in April 2014.
