Babies: 0 - 3 Months

I have conquered the Moby!! Muahahahaha!!

Sorry for the double post... but I am very excited to share with you that after unfolding and refolding, then unrolling and rolling the 25ft of fabric of the moby wrap many many times... I FINALLY got it to fit back into the original packaging so I can return it!

I bought it 4 days ago and absolutely hate it. Good thing I kept my receipt.

  • Woot! I've got to disagree with your thoughts on the Moby though :)

I know so many people LOVE the moby.. that's why I bought it. The few people who disliked it said it was due to the difficulty in wrapping.. I did find it a little challenging to get the correct tightness but nothing a little practice couldn't solve.

My problem was that LO's head and back were covered in sweat just from wearing him in it in the air-conditioned house for 30 minutes (we keep it around 68).. All he had on underneath was a very light cotton onesie and diaper. I can't imaging taking him on a walk outside in the heat and humidity of central florida. It was also quite warm for me to wear at this time of year, even without him in it.

  • I have been practicing with that damn thing for 2 months!! I know I will love it once I get the hang of it, and I'm almost there but still having issues Stick out tongue  It's hard but I heard the practice pays off.

  • That's why I purchased a Vatanai.  It is much more expensive than the moby, but the fabric is much more light weight.
