Rib pain?

For the past couple weeks I've been having this pain on my right side a few ribs down. It comes and goes, but when it's here, man is it painful! Anyone else experience this? I try to shift positions often but the pain seems inevitable. And I know it's not gall bladder issues because I've already had to deal with those.

 Also, weirdest thing ever: going to the bathroom and getting a hip cramp! I mean, seriously? Trying to get the cramp to go away but you've still got business to do...

    What kind of pain is it? On my right side a little down from my boob, I get this sharp stabbing pain that lasts maybe 2 seconds. It's sharp and sudden. It has only happened a couple times though.

    I do get some kind of stitch or something on my right side, but it typically happens if I'm slouching or if I'm playing my instrument, which is a wind instrument and uses all those abdominal muscles I would rather rest right now...I figure I always favor my right side anyway so I have just assumed I've been off-balance, but maybe not??

    I don't have rib pain like you described but when I sneeze I feel like my rib cage is going to shatter. It hurts so bad!
