PT day care or sitter recommendation for toddler?

Hello! I'm starting some part-time work and need either a sitter for my daughter or someplace to drop her off, with hours varying on a week by week basis.

Any recommendations on sitters or someone who runs a day care center that offer part-time or daily rates? I haven't explored Care or Sittercity yet, but I will if I don't find a day care center. I'd prefer my daughter be around other kids.
