OK to test?

Its 12 days post IUI, I triggered with 250 mcg of Ovidrel 14 days ago...nervous wreck! Does anyone have any idea of whether the Ovidrel would be out of my system yet?

    My doc tested the ovidrel out and it was out 8 days past IUI.  The standard time frame they say to wait is 14 days past trigger so I would say you are good!  If you want to be really safe test tomorrow.

    Just read on the Ovidrel website they recommend waiting "at least" 12 days past trigger to test so I would say according to the manufacturer it's out of your system or so low it wouldn't turn positive!

    My understanding is that different people metabolize the Ovidrel differently, so for one person it could be out of your system in 9 days and for another person, not until 12. Unless you test out your trigger, it's hard to say for sure. 12dpiui is probably safe. The earliest I have tested post-trigger is 13dpiui/14-15dp trigger, and it's never been a BFP for *any* reason. Keep us updated!

    Tested with both a first response and an accusomethingorother two negatives.
    I'll probably wait to see if my period is late before trying again.

    Same sex couple TTC with donor sperm.  I am 35 and carrying.  Endometriosis and DOR.
    AMH 0.5, AFC 5-8, FSH 7ish

    IVF #1 - antagonist.  Empty follicle syndrome.  1 retrieved, 0 fertilized.
    IVF #2 - antagonist.  Ovulated early.  3 retrieved, 2 fertilized, 0 blasts
