Baby Easton- new update :o(

Not to step on Mrs. Harlow's toes, but if any of you are following baby Easton's support group on facebook, you'll see that they are having a hard time. It just keeps breaking my heart, baby Easton is such a fighter! The last updated said, "Please keep praying for Easton and his family.. They need it more than ever right now... From some posts that I am seeing..It's not looking good....Being a parent myself, I can not even begin to imagine what it's like to go through times like these.. I ask that we give the family the time they need... PLEASE be patient,we will post an update as soon as one becomes available! Lets pray for the best!! This little boy has made a huge impact in all of our lives...Right now, he needs us more than ever!! Keep fighting Easton!!!!"

"At the airport. Just got a call from my mom. Very bad news. She has been instructed to "call the family". We all know what that means. The line in eastons chest came out and there is no way to get him another line in. Has a fever. Everything is crashing. My only request from everyone that has been following eastons story- pray God takes him home pain free. And easton, hold on. I'm coming. And in case you didn't know, little man, you have made a huge impact on so many peoples lives and you are so loved by so many people. 18 days. In 18 days you changed thousands of peoples lives and ways of thnkng and loving. I love you. We love you. See you in a few hours. Hold on. Xoxxoxoxox"

From Nana about an hour ago:
"I know people have blessed us with so much, those of you that would like to help out our family we will all be staying at the Hampton Inn 513 281 2700, hoping to get some help with lodging, many thanks to all. I have not given up hope on Easton as yet, they got a temporary pic line in his head for fluids meds ect, dr was just here he still tests positive for a staph infection that is running thru his blood, his broviac line in his chest came out this morning and was spilling out pus, he's a very sick baby hoping that when all our family arrives he'll feel more love and maybe just maybe my God will bless us with a miracle."

It's so beyond sad. My SIL came across the fb page too without me telling her about it, and she's been sharing it too so they get some support. We've donated because my heart just breaks for that sweet boy and his family.

His story is so, so heartbreaking. Seeing his sweet little face on the FB page just makes me cry tears of sadness for his family. I hate that there isn't much time left for him but it is so awful that he is suffering Crying

I know, I'm the same way. I hope that I'm never put in a situation like that as a parent. I was able to stop crying when I looked at the responses on my cat question post. His sweet little eyes, I hope he won't suffer for much longer.

I can't even bear to imagine what this family is going through. X is in pain from teething and I feel sorry for him, I can't even imagine what this family feels like right now. I'm praying for them and little Easton. I just pray that he can be pain free I don't want the little guy to suffer.

This story is just so sad. it's so heartbreaking.

It makes me feel good about humanity though, when everyone can pull together and help someone they've never met gives me hope that there still is 'good' in the world.

thank you, that really is a great way to look at this whole situation. It sucks that a baby has to suffer for this to happen, but it is a great positive spin on all that is happening.

That poor baby. The picture of him just made me burst into tears. Nothing as innocent as a baby should have to endure something so horrible.

I mean you no offense or disrespect and even though the family is sharing the story publicly, your sister is in violation of serious HIPPA laws with regards to an employee sharing information on a patient. You should delete that part of your post so there is no public record of having said that.

Thank you huahua....

Last night, Summer's post made my heart ache so much. I think i even mentioned it in one of my late night posts ( couldn't sleep). The one from today just crushed me. I'm still hoping and praying for a miracle. I'm so sad over this.....
