    Congrats, Nita!  I am happy that he arrived safely.  You've already gotten great advice about BFing, so I will just echo everyone to say, keep trying!  Put him to breast often and hopefully when your milk comes in, things will get easier.

    Congratulations!  I hope you and little Aidan are doing well!  I am sorry that your birth experience turned out into such an ordeal and I hope your recovery goes well.

    I had an emergency c-section and struggled with getting the baby on the breast, but I was fortunate to have a good milk supply.  I think it was probably the frequent pumping in the first few days.  If you can start pumping every couple of hours, that might help with the colostrum and milk coming in.
