Dr Brown standard vs wide

What's the real difference?  Is the whole "wide" concept just hype or do many babies refuse the standard type bottlrd?

    I bought wide only because we switched from Avent which are wide and thought it would be an easier transition for him.

    I chose the standard because it is made in the USA and the wide is made in China, I believe. My 2 month old gets an occasional bottle and does fine with the standard and a preemie nipple.
