Water birth

Hi I'm new here, I'm giving birth with a midwife at her birth center, in the tub :-) I am very much looking forward to it, scared of the pain, but excited! It's baby #1!

    Welcome! I'm a huge fan of the water birth. It really does help with the painful contractions. :)

    How did you go about finding the right midwive/doula for an in home birth?

    Don't be scared of the pain!  It's so do-able!  Try to stay positive and read lots of encouraging books and stories on birth!  The water really does help too!
