in Pregnant after a Loss

I stopped at CVS to check my BP this morning and it was up to 160/102.  My OB's office is around the corner so I went in for a check and it was up to 180/108.  After laying down it was back down to 140/?.  I understand it all has to do with that vein and my uterus, but the constant skyrocketing is getting frustrating.  My urine is still fine, and my doctor is still ignoring that I'm seeing spots and have started having slight headaches. 

I'm headed to L&D for an NST, bloodwork and another urine test...  I'll update when I get home since I always seem to forget to keep my cell phone out during the NSTs and then I can't reach it once I'm all hooked up!
