The palms of your hands and feet don't actually sweat. They are incapable of doing so. When you get hot or nervous etc, the moisture you feel is actually the the moisture from the air sticking to your skin due to the heat your hands/feet are producing.
Had a co-worker drop that bomb on me a few years back.

This isn't true. The palms of your hands, soles of your feet, and axilla have the highest concentrations of eccrine sweat glands in your body. We actually inject botox which "turns off" the sweat glands in people with sweaty palms and feet. It really hurts
Insurance actually covers this procedure. You can also have a thoracic sympathectomy which accomplishes the same thing.

I've whipped that one out on here before! You can't legally buy high flow toilets in the US, but you can in Canada... and most are smuggled through Windsor to Detroit... I guess those Midwesterners need that extra flushing power!
