30 Day Challenge - Day 6 (9/6)

17 minute upper body yoga. I've been really tired with starting the new job but I am really finding it important to get my yoga in to let go of the stress. How are you all doing with your 30 Day Challenges?

  • EXHAUSTED.... Trying to keep the house clean LO happy annnd do my school work is a complete drag... i cant even get through the morning without caffeine. but i'm sticken to it
       EDD for #2 is December 8th, 2013, so excited for our 2nd team green baby!

  • I didn't make my goal yesterday. I got about 10mins while the kids were napping, but I never got around to finishing my workout. DH had to work last night, and both kids were done early. I decided to catch up on some much needed sleep. I'll be back at my challenge today!

  • Yeah, yesterday was a bust for me, too.  I went shopping with my mom in the morning and didn't feel like doing much cleaning once I got home.  Then we ordered pizza for dinner.  It was a lazy day, but I had fun.  Back to cleaning today!
