How much does your baby weigh?

I just had a 30 week ultrasound today to make sure baby is growing like he should be ( I was diagnosed with Single Umbilical Artery). Everything is great, I guess I'm in the 37th percentile and he weighs 3.5lbs! Hard to believe he has 2 more months of growing to do!

How much does your baby weigh??

I just had my 30 week ultrasound the other day as well and babies are growing. Baby A is now 3 lbs, 4 oz and Baby B is 3 lbs, 7 oz.

I've been wondering why so many people know this info (I've seen it in the FB group a lot lately). I guess it's customary for some places to do a 30w growth u/s? My next (and last) ultrasound isn't until almost 35 weeks!

I am having monthly (well now every other week) growth scans due o my cord insertion and yesterday at 31 weeks he was 3.7lbs. I was told that was 20th percentile. However his stomach was small, only 7th percentile so that was bringing his overall down. Apparently these apps from baby center and WTE are completely wrong. They said he is 3.3 tech said they are ALWAYS off. WTH!

At my last appt he was just under 4 lbs. He was exactly 50th percentile on length and weight.

I think I only had a 30 week u/s because he's an SUA baby, they have been keeping a close eye on him to make sure he's growing like he should be, I've had 4 ultrasounds now and I go again on October 4th!

3.7 lbs! The nurse said he's in the 47th percentile overall. I had an ultrasound to recheck placenta placement, and they checked his growth while they were at it.

I am having extra growth scans because I take beta blockers for a heart condition. Yesterday at 28 1/2 weeks he was 2lbs 4oz, which is 15% but all measurements were in the same range so his growth is symmetric. OB says I just may be meant to have a smaller baby. We will check him again in 4 weeks.

I asked my doc. when we would do another ultrasound and she said that we wouldn't do anymore. I haven't had one since my anatomy scan at 19 weeks. Is this normal? I really want to see my baby again and see how big she has gotten.

I had a 30 week A/S to check growth (due to meds I?m on) and the OB yesterday and baby is in the 97th percentile and estimates he?s already 5-5.5 lbs.

That was followed by her telling me based on that she expects baby to be 9-10+ lbs in another 10 weeks. I don?t have GD so that?s good but wow that?s a huge boy!! DD was a nice 7lb 8oz.

I'm in the same boat. I would like to know that my baby is on track with growth and everything. My OB said he would try to find an excuse to have an u/s because he knows I want to see LO. While that's great and all, I'm more concerned that everything is okay.

Growth u/s for low birth weight for Gestational Age and I have HG so they want to be sure that we are both gaining the weight that he needs(which we are thankfully).

OB said LO is 3lbs, +/- 7oz which is in the 36th Percentile

It's actually much more common to have just the 20 week ultrasound, unless there's a medical reason to have more. I only had the one with DS and with DD this time I've had 2 because we did an early one for dating and then the A/S at 20 weeks. Weight estimates by ultrasound are not very accurate, so in some ways I prefer not knowing. I know people who have been told the baby will be very big and then ends up being totally normal sized.

At 27 weeks, 2 days the baby weighed 2lbs, 6 oz. at our ultrasound appointment and was in the 52% percentile.

We just had our appt today, and little girl is currently 3lb, 15oz... 65 percentile. She's on track to be around 8lbs at birth - which is right where DH & I were at when we were born.

Since I don't have any complications or anything, doc said we wouldn't do any more ultrasounds. (Although she has a portable machine in the office we can use to look at him when we want, but it isn't "fancy" enough to estimate his size.)

She said if I really wanted one more ultrasound, she would come up with a medical reason to do one for us. I am like some other people mentioned, part of me doesn't want to know. If they estimate him to be large, it will freak me out, and I know they are not very accurate anyway. I told her I was fine with not getting a size estimate on him, but I am sure I will ask to see him on the portable machine a couple more times before he comes.

My little guy was 2 lbs. 13 oz at 28 weeks 2 days - MFM said this was in the 47th percentile.

I had u/s every 6 weeks or so due to previa - but it had moved at 28 weeks! I probably will not have another ultrasound....

At 30.5 weeks or so, he was 3lbs 4 oz. I had an ultrasound to check on a low lying placenta.
