Work snack ideas?

I pretty much just boredom eat at my desk. So Im trying to think of something that is good for me, not super fatty and doesnt necessarily have to be filling.

I sick of my regular grapes, nutrigrain bars, applesauce and mandarin oranges. Kind of getting sick of fruit all together actually.

  • I like plain yogurt with honey in it for sweet snacks.  Beef/turkey jerky for salty snacks.  Seaweed salad, hardboiled eggs, and pita and hummus also work for me.

  • I eat greek yogurt with sliced almonds, packets of instant oatmeal, string cheese or babybels, hummus and pretzels, cucumber/tomato salad I bring from home, etc.

  • My grocery store has little ready-made snack packs of pretzels and hummus - they're perfect to throw in my bag for when the work hunger strikes!

  • Baby carrots, trail mix & string cheese are some of my go-to's.

  • When I was still working, I brought vanilla yogurt, different flavors of apple sauce, and chocolate pudding in cups. I also used to get the little snack packs of crackers and stuff too.
  • So happy to see this post, I've been struggling too! My tastes for things don't seem to last very long. Right now, I'm into pears, popcorn, and goldfish. I know these aren't necessarily the healthiest, but they keep me full and offer low fat options.

    They have these little snack packs at various grocery stores and Target with apples, grapes, and cheese. Some have yogurt in lieu of the grapes. Pretty delish and healthy.

  • A little Baggie of dry cereal works too, lots of variety!

  • Raw almonds, Fage 2% greek yogurt w/ various fruit or honey, Babybel cheese, hard boiled eggs...

    I used to be hooked on any type of cheddar cracker (e.g., Goldfish, Cheddat Bunnies) but now that my m/s has calmed down I am trying to up my protein with dairy and eggs.

  • I usually have breakfast bars, almonds with dried fruit, string cheese and crackers, gold fish, cottage cheese fruit doubles, or grapes.

  • I've been really enjoying Nature Valley bars lately. I'm always craving crunchy and these are about as crunchy as they come. Mixed nuts or cheese and crackers are my other go-to's for healthy snacks. I'll admit I usually bring a piece of candy or two to work which helps me get through my day as well :)
