Is anyone around who bumped circa 4 years ago? Anyone remember the crazy that was jodynjamesplustwinsx2 or something like that? She had the hyperfertile/infertile blog...

Yes, that's her. 3 sets of twins (and one singleton), each to a different guy. And Klondike, yes, that's her too. And not that it's of issue, but it was true, btw - she is missing one hand for a fact. ;-) (not sure if the truth ever came out during handgate)
Anyway, call me a loser, but I still follow her current blog, which as someone noted is: https://homesteadingandthecity.blogspot.com/ (Sorry no clicky) I need someone to discuss her with, because my DH thinks I'm crazy if I try to talk about it to him. Can't say I blame him! ;-) I fully admit, I am such a loser.
If you are bored, you have got to check it out. She is so freaking crazy! The drama is never ending... it's better than reality tv, which is why I just can't stop reading. Like, this summer she seemed to totally lose it. She was going to move to Costa Rica and leave all 4 younger kids behind with their respective fathers, despite having made numerous allegations of abuse against each of them. After she was evicted from her apartment and subsequently got rid of ALL of her belongings, it didn't happen anyway at the very last minute - like literally the day she was to leave.That's just one example of her crazy drama.
To bring you up to speed, she has been divorced from husband #3 for almost a year now (didn't we all call that one??), and had fallen back in love with husband #2 (that's James) this summer. However, the feelings were not mutual and he is in a happy new relationship. Since she has come to terms with the fact that they'll never be together again, today she has come forth with allegations that he is sexually abusing one of their twins (now 3 years old). She previously alleged that he molested her older daughter, and even prevented him from seeing their girls for a period of time, but then she seemed to altogether back pedal on those accusations when she decided they were soul mates afterall.
Wow!
Do I even want to admit that I am such a loser that I got and read the ebooks she published of her 10 year old journals? (when she made them free, mind you. I wasn't paying for it!)
Oh, oops.
Back when some of us knew Jody via the Bump, she was not only blogging & bumping like crazy (albeit with "only" 5 kids), but was also going to law school, working full time for Microsoft, planning a Mega McWedding to fiance #3, AND I guess she still wasn't quite busy enough b/c she decided to pursue IVF with said fiance months before the wedding!
Also, not sure how much you read, but not only is it astounding that she has time to write novel-length blog entries sometimes multiple times a day, but she also supposedly has a debilitating disease (mitochondrial disease or something).
Yes, she really IS something!
Oh now I remember the pictures she had taken with fiance and the kids and how she was trying to get pregnant right away before the wedding, even though she already had a million kids. Crazy cakes.
Oof. I'm lurking here because MH is behind me boozing and watching football with a bunch of dudes, so I'll add my 2 cents.
This girl is craaaaaazaaayyy. The entries are so long and pointless and full of drama. I'd call MUD, but I'm thinking this is legitimate crazy.

My informed opinion as a regular reader, for anyone who wants it ;-), is that she is making up these current allegations against DH#2 (James). I typically would NEVER stoop so low as to accuse someone of making up such a heinous accusation, but given her obvious personality disorder... I really just don't buy it. IMO, she has come to terms with the fact that he will never, ever get back together with her. On top of that, she is mega jealous of his happy relationship with his current girlfriend, and then got really pissed a few days ago about him pursuing a relationship (and including her children) with her estranged mother. I think she wants to ultimately get full custody of all her kids so that she can take them to Costa Rica, and she has decided to pull out all the stops to get that. What does she have to lose now by alienating James forever and ruining his life along the way? If I could, I would put money on the fact that some crazy allegation about Robert (DH #3) surfaces within the next month so that she can get custody of the youngest children, too. We shall see!
And in this case, I think we can safely say that I do, in fact, no her lyfe... she puts every farking detail of it out there!
I see that our oldest kids are actually exactly 2 weeks apart! I almost exclusively lurked during that pregnancy, and started posting now and then after she was born. I mostly lurked through the JodynJames drama, but maybe have chimed in occasionally that she was crazy (esp when starting IVF with Robert). I remember when she went through her divorce with James, though. I think she posted texts she'd sent to his mistress or something when she caught him cheating.
I don't specifically remember you (or many) from those days, but I know I pink puffy heart you now mainly b/c you get annoyed with a certain obnoxious southern belle.
You piqued my curiosity, HeatherR.... How do you know these details about what her kids told their teachers??? Guessing this was before she yanked 'em all out of school to pursue "unschooling". :-/
I'm not surprised at all, though. I remember one entry in the past six months when she said that Emilia said, "If I had to guess how long I have to live, I'd say about a year." :-S
I knew her from my local board back when she only had one kid. We planned our weddings around the same time. (My only wedding, her second.)
She's been a topic of conversation on my local FB group for a long time now.
I think 99% of what she says is complete bullshiit and she only posts tl;dr posts for the internets attention.
That's just my opinion, tho.
If that stuff is real, she needs to check herself into the looney bin ASAP.
Her epic blogging is impressive...the length of posts, the endless Starbucks and lack of income, the exes. Pure internet gold!
