first monitoring with stims

hey ladies.... quick question.... is it normally to have 7 days between appointments from the first day of stims, i'll have done 6 stim shots by time I see the dr on tuesday morning. 

 

my last appt was on tuesday the 28 


 
The 4th will be an ultrasound and bloodwork 





After 13 chemicals/early miscarriages,

8 rounds of clomid, 
4 rounds of timed intercourse with injections, 
and 1 round of iui, 
we have moved on to IVF 
IVF 1 - Chemical Pregnancy 
IVF 2 - Cancelled - No EGGS!!! - diagnosed with possible empty follicle syndrome 
IVF 3 - Failed.

Private Adoption in Newfoundland - Failed after flying home from Africa - going to dr appointments/ultrasounds etc. BM decided to keep the baby - absolutely devastated. Baby boy was born with severe development issues with his limbs and has FAS :( 
International Adoption in Uganda - Failed. 

IVF 4 - Estrogen Priming Antagonist Protocol : 08/16/2014: Stims Started  08/28/2014: Trigger Shot 08/30/2104: ER - 14 eggs collected. !2 ICSI'd and 8 have made it into proper 2 celled embryos. 10/04/2014 Prospective transfer date :) (5DT) - 3 day report, 2x8 cells, 3x6 cells, 3x4 cells 09/4/2014: 5 day Transfer of 2 Early Blasts, and a Morula - Results: BFP ended in chemical. 

IVF 5 - Donor eggs and Donor Sperm. female donor is 25, male donor is 22. Transfer set for March 7, 2015.

    I don't know if it's normal or not but it's longer than mine was.  I started on a Friday and went in on the following Monday for just b/w.  Then my first u/s was the following Wednesday.
    Married July 2011; TTC since April 2011; DX: MFI
    IVF #1 in August 2012: BFP!
    L was born on May 5, 2013, 8lb. 6oz.
    PAIF/SAIF welcome!

    With our IVF our monitoring appointments were on:
    cd2, cd6, cd9 & cd10

    cd10 we triggered

    cd12 was our ER

    cd15 was our ET

    That's definitely longer then I ever went but i'm not saying its necessarily wrong or "not normal". I generally had 2 appointments a week. Maybe call your RE and ask why it's so long between appts?

    I started stims the 18th and had an appt the 21st. Then it was every other day from that point on. 
    Me: 29 DH: 30 TTC # 1 since 2008, in denial of needing an RE until 2012 DX with severe MFI, straight to IVF IVF #1 August 2012- stims 8/18, ER 8/28- 18R, 11M, 10F. 9/3 ET cancelled due to chronic OHSS. 6 awesome embies on ice! 9/27 FET Beta #1: 427-BFP!!!     My appoinments are every other day Ultrasound and BW,  Unless its on a friday, then the next is Monday.
    Me: 35 FSH 13.5 AMH 0.43(RE not concerned?)
