  • Increase your fiber intake, drinks lots of water, add some Colace, and then pray.

    ETA:   Prunes!  When I have a handful of prunes daily, it truly works wonders.

  • Are you on any medications? I had to find another antinausea med because zofran made me miserable with constipation.

  • I eat two little cups of Activia yogurt everyday and I think it works wonders. I also did this when pregnant with DD and never had constipation issues with her.

  • Walking, hot tea/ coffee...even decaf can help if you are avoiding caffeine, green smoothies, raisins and chopped prunes in oatmeal, lots of water and colace ( over the counter Stool softener that is pregnancy friendly)

  • I am giving myself an enema...I have to say it has changed my life! My dr friend recommended it, she said she was constipated while pregnant!

    I bought the Fleet Enema 4 pack!

     

  • Eat plenty of fruit and fibre! It will definately clear you out when it feels like there's no hope!

  • Take extra fiber supplements daily.  When it gets really bad, Milk of Magnesia works well.
