I eat two little cups of Activia yogurt everyday and I think it works wonders. I also did this when pregnant with DD and never had constipation issues with her.

Walking, hot tea/ coffee...even decaf can help if you are avoiding caffeine, green smoothies, raisins and chopped prunes in oatmeal, lots of water and colace ( over the counter Stool softener that is pregnancy friendly)

Increase your fiber intake, drinks lots of water, add some Colace, and then pray.
ETA: Prunes! When I have a handful of prunes daily, it truly works wonders.

I am giving myself an enema...I have to say it has changed my life! My dr friend recommended it, she said she was constipated while pregnant!

Eat plenty of fruit and fibre! It will definately clear you out when it feels like there's no hope!
