NTR: ground beef recipes?

I took some ground beef out this morning and I'm not sure what to make with it. I don't want to do the usual tacos, spaghetti & meatballs or sloppy joes. Any good toddler friendly ideas? Thanks!

    Egg Noodles
    Can of Cream of Mushroom soup
    Ground Beef
    Salt & Pepper

    Cook noodles as directed.  Brown beef in skillet.  Drain fat. Stir in soup.  Mix in noodles.  Add Salt & Pepper to taste.

    It's like homemade hamburger helper.  My kids love it and it's super easy.
