XP: into to solids...

We plan to introduce solids to dd next week and injust picked up some baby food today while grocery shopping. I know it's recommended to introduce one type of solid every few days, but how about those that are pre-mixed? For example apples with butternut squash? Can I start her on one of these mixed options, or stick to the single ingredient options

Do the single ingredients first, that way if there's a reaction you'll know what it's to.

My pedi told me to try single ingredients first to make sure baby doesn't have a reaction.  Also, he said try a new food only every 3 to 4 days.  Good luck and happy eating!
