Stinky baby breath

Ladies, I have noticed today that Michaela's breath is really smelly. I brush her teeth at night before bed. I am not sure what else to do. I don't hit the dr's till Tuesday I will as her then what to do but do you guys have any suggestions till then?

  • Hmmmmm I have not experienced this. Are you cleaning her tongue as well?

    Try a wash cloth. We always use the wash cloth to clean his tongue and he will brush with his toothbrush then we use the one you put on your finger and clean his gums/teeth. Let us know if it helps.

  • I actually just posted about this on Parenting last week. Here's what I discovered with DD - when she is congested her breath gets super stinky. I've also started trying to brush her tongue at least a little bit. That helps a little but honestly, now that her cold (And teething) has gone away it's so much better this week!

  • Lincoln just got teeth in the last week so this was a good reminder to buy his toothbrush; sometimes his breath smells, too! Like, really bad! Ha!
