It is a chrome plugin that changes any baby picture or ultrasound picture on your timeline into pictures of awesome stuff like cats. You can click on the person's account and their personal feed will show you the pic if you wanna see and it will tell you if there is a pic removed, but it saves me a lot of heartache when I still want to go through and not unfollow my friends.
