Ok, I'm going to brag just a little... DS has his 1 year apt today, and my father went with us. The peditrician was explaining to my dad that in order to look into the ears without DS grabbing him, he gives him two tongue depressers for each hand. He said that at this age they won't make the realization that he must drop a tongue depresser, or switch hands in order to grab the doctor... that way he can examine the ears while DS is preoccupied.
WELL.... he started for his left ear, and DS put the tongue depresser that was in his left hand to his right hand and grabbed the doctor. HAHA. The peditrician looked like him like "WTF????" and then said "Hey now... you weren't suppose to be able to do that yet!"
I was laughing so hard. Ok, brag moment over. ;-)
