zofran isn't working...any other ideas?

I took zofran when I was pregnant with my son and as long as I took it about 30 mins before I got out of bed, it worked like a charm.  This time it's not curbing the nausea at all and in the past two days I've thrown up 3 times so far (it's only 7:30 am so I'm still waiting to see what today holds).  I'm thinking the zofran isn't working.  When I do get sick, there is almost no warning.  This morning I was mid-sentence and just started gagging.  No wave of nausea, no watery mouth, nothing.  I'm worried about going to work now.  I am a dental hygienist and it makes the nausea worse when I put on my lab coat, mask, gloves, glasses, etc.  It's like I'm suffocating.  I'm worried I'll get sick with no warning and throw up on or close to a patient!  The non-prescription stuff doesn't work for me and for some reason my morning sickness really kicks in during the 2nd trimester instead of the first.  Any suggestions?  I'm going to call my doctor if today doesn't get any better.

    Unisom has been a complete life saver for me. I take one at night, and my OB recommends taking b6 in the morning (b6 hasn't made a difference in my energy or nausea).  I have been feeling great lately, so last week I went a day without Unisom and was throwing up the next day.  It is probably also worth mentioning that it took a couple days for me to notice a significant difference when I first started taking it.

    Have you tried the morning sickness bracelets you can buy? I never tried them because zofran did ok for me but I've seen them at the stores and my doctor mentioned them to me several times. Or B6? I heard 75 mg of B6 daily helps.  That said,  I was on 100mg B6 this time and I still had some breakfthrough nausea. I wasn't sick to the point of throwing up multiple times but I was still sick.  GL.. it stinks for sure.
