Does what I eat cause baby acne??

I'm breastfeeding and my MIL tells me to avoid chocolate and greasy foods.... is there anything else I should avoid to reduce baby acne? OR is this all a myth?

Myth. Its caused by your hormones and should clear up on its own by 2 months.

My poor kid has it BAD! He looked like a 15 year old. I was freaking out about how pics looked and now at 3w and 4 days it looks almost 100% better. Hang in there. Your kid will be cute again. Mine is(I think).
