The name is NMS, but I do think it ages just fine. It's an ancient Greek name. Women throughout thousands of years have worn this name and grown old with it. I don't think you need to worry about it "aging well."
I don't like it just because it reminds me of the character from Friends. That is one of my all time favorite shows and I would even consider Chandler for a boy.
Love the name. The only Phoebe I knew was 5 so it's hard to imagine it aging. it's got a long standing solid history, so based on that I would tend to think it must age well.

I think that it ages fairly well!
It's a Saint's name, and also the name taken by my 50-something SIL when she became a nun.. so it works just fine for older women.
