Does anyone follow a good blog that is...

... not written by a white female?  I think every single blog I read is written by a white female.  I'm trying to be more intentional about diversifying my world, which I guess includes my online world Wink- any recommendations?

Taking a break from TTC to pursue adoption

Met our 2 year old son in Russia July 2012!
Court trip October 2012
Home November 24 2012!

Back to RE Summer 2013. TTC journey continues: 

Dx DOR, endometriosis, low sperm count 
Clomid + IUI#1, #2 = BFN / IUI #3 = ???

Laparoscopy scheduled December 2013

    Mar '12: Homestudy interrupted by change in Uganda requirements - where do we go from here?
    After searching and searching, back with Uganda but with our homestudy agency's program.
    Homestudy complete July 19
    USCIS I-600A submitted July 20. Biometrics appointments arrived Aug 17; fingerprinted Aug 21; 171H received Sept 25th. On the wait list Oct 1st: #18. By Jan 25th, we're #13!

    June 2012-Decided to give up TTC and started the process to adopt from foster care!

    Bahaha! As I was leaving the house, I realized that that blog is by a white female - (to quote my childhood) doy! I just don't think about her whiteness, which makes little to no sense, considering the title of the blog. Merrrrrr.

     Ha!  Well pregnant women get to claim "pregnancy brain" when they do dumb things, so can we claim "adoption brain" for stuff like this?  I think so.  :-)

    It's black hair done by a vanilla woman :
    Married on 3.20.2004. It took 30 month, 2 failed adoptions and IVF for our first miracle. We have had 9 foster kids since he was born and started the domestic adoption process when he was 10 month old, we had 4 failed matches in that time. After our daughter was born we brought her home and spent 2 weeks fearing we might lose her because of complications that came up. But Praise God all went through and she is ours forever!     LOVE your blog, too fun. I especially love the picture of you guys sitting in the road (I think) where you are "restraining him" with your arm around his neck..... lol, lol, that's so me and Hadley! :o) I'll definitely keep up with your blog.
