WHERE ARE YOU!??! I realize that a lot of our regular posters have had their beautiful babies but that is absolutely no reason so leave the rest of us preggos to suffer! (No, I'm not bitter).
So I want to hear from you!! How is everyone doing? How is mommy-hood for the first timers and how has adjustment been going for the experienced mommies? Feel free to post lots of adorable pics for us to drool over ![]()
And for those of us who are still pregnant (aka - suffering) what have you been doing to kill the time? Is everything ready for baby, or still crossing things off the to-do list?

Re: Super Duper Gold Star Mommy Posters!
It is like they all just vanished hehe!
I am at work thinking that I would be productive but I am so tired I just want to take a nap. You would think they would realize I am not as productive but for some reason people keep dropping stuff off. I keep thinking to myself there is a possibility that I may not be here tomorrow but you think I am going to make sure this stuff is done . . . then I laugh. The only reason I am here and not at home is because I want to save as much time for LO as possible, otherwise I would be home cleaning or doing other chores.
I think we are pretty much ready for LO. I know there is still stuff we could do but I am okay that it isn't done. I am too tired when I finally get home to actually do what I need to get done and SO just lets me be lazy.
i'm bumping form work on a break, so working is part of what i'm doing to kill the time until LO gets here. getting a lot harder to be here though. I'll be super happy if Dr takes me out as of Friday.
We have what we need for the first few weeks, and her room is nearly put together, but no point in making more progress in there as we're getting new floors delivered tomorrow that will sit around the house in stacks for the next month until they acclimate and are ready to be installed in mid September....
Bag is packed and by the door with the camera and my breast friend. will move the baby carrier there next week...
So looking forward to getting stuff done next week if i'm home :-)

I am sitting here at work.... Completely bored.
Tomorrow was supposed to be my last day, but since Dr. doesnt see anything happening for another couple of weeks I am just going to keep sitting at my desk, letting my temp do all my work, play on facebook and TB, and enjoying not having a busy day every single day!
I have been hearing crickets around here lately! Sad! But i am excited everyone is having healthy babies!!!
41 weeks. Still pregnant. What do I do to pass the time? Sleep and bump. I've been so tired and nauseous lately along with all the contractions.
My to-do list isn't very long. Just some phone calls I keep putting off like make some doc. appts, call our insurance company. I hate making phone calls like that, I have no patience for them. People on the other end never seem to know what their doing!
Haha, this is going to be me! You can never watch too much ID.

I guess you could say it's kindof an inside joke between a lot of the regular posters. There was a particular thread a few weeks back where someone got her panties in a wad and apologized for not being a "super duper gold star mommy poster" (referring to the ladies who regularly post).
But everyone is welcome to post an update

Nicely said. I sat here looking at this post thinking how to respond in a non-offensive way when read!
I'm pretty excited because tomorrow is a doc appointment. I scheduled it before lunch so H and I can meet for lunch since he works near my doctor. Then I plan to go to Magnolia Bakery for a cupcake and an iced coffee. And yes, magnolia is a chain so I'm eating my own words! Anyway, fun stuff!
I've been stalking but it is hard to find time to post in the beginning. The bmbs always die down a bit when the los are born, people are busy enjoying their sweet nbs. Once we get a routine down hopefully I will be able to post more.
Right now Iain is playing with my keys and River is sleeping happily in the bouncy after the trauma of the pku earlier. I have an appointment for a dermatologist in about an hour; I'm really hoping he can help me with the Pupps. Why do I have to be one of the "lucky" ones whose pupps get worse after delivery? guh.
Please submit your application to management. You'll be considered.
I didn't know Magnolia was a chain... I thought it was an NYC thing only... lucky you!! I have to settle for their cookbook

The first time I went there was in NYC last October. I was so super excited when they opened a location here. I love their frosting! I'm not normally into really sweet frosting but I'll make an exception for theirs.
CLeigh! You're alive!! I was starting to worry. I can't believe you had Beckett and didn't update us! You need to figure out how to post some pics asap
Glad to hear your recovery is going so well - lucky girl. Congrats!!!!!
