So I posted in sdpookie's post below about weight loss..so I thought I would AW my before and after shot...115lbs about 35 to go... Sorry for the size...I can't get it any smaller...

And thanks everyone. It has been really challenging but my focus has been on progress not perfection-I think that is where I always went wrong in the past. If I had a bad meal or a bad day-I would just say oh the h%ll with it and fall back into my old habits. Now, I just say well, that wasn't great but I will do better next meal-or I will just run an extra mile tonight.
