I'm curious, since this whole bumbo seat recall. Now a days there seem to be so many things that people have for babies that all the baby stores say are 'Must Haves' on your registry. I'm just curious what people do and don't have. DH and I didn't buy much of anything figuring if we find we can't live without it later we'll get it then. I'm sure we will be buying more as we go along. So, what do you have right now? Check off the ones you do and leave blank the ones you don't. Or just list what you do/don't have.

We also have a regular stroller that can be used from infancy to toddlerhood. We don't plan on using it much in the beginning as I plan to baby wear. Our tub is a PUJ tub for the bathroom sink... It's more like someplace squishy to put a small baby when you wash them, rather than an actual tub.

We got a cheap bassinet from Craigslist that was barely used for when she sleeps in our room. A co-worker gave me 3 different kinds of carriers to try, so I'll try those before spending any money on one. The pack-n-play was a gift, stroller and car seat were gifts, bath tub was a gift, and we were able to find the complete bedding set we wanted on eBay for less than $100 (I think it was $200 for just 3 pieces at PBK). I guess my point is that we didn't break the bank to get the things that we felt we needed/wanted, fortunately. We decided to just wait until she gets here to see if we'll need anything else. I did want a Rock-n-Play, but I want to see how she sleeps without one first.

Jogging stroller-no way, i don't jog and never will. A regular stroller will work just fine for us.

Walker- I have the stationary thing that baby sits in and plays with toys all around-thats an exersaucer right? Do you need a walker too? I think only one or the other right?

No glider here, I will feed baby in living room, not babys room. Baby room is limited on space

I'm curious, since this whole bumbo seat recall. Now a days there seem to be so many things that people have for babies that all the baby stores say are 'Must Haves' on your registry. I'm just curious what people do and don't have. DH and I didn't buy much of anything figuring if we find we can't live without it later we'll get it then. I'm sure we will be buying more as we go along. So, what do you have right now? Check off the ones you do and leave blank the ones you don't. Or just list what you do/don't have.

x Pack And Play (got it with DS pretty much used for travel and visiting baby guests only)
[ x ] Play Mat/Activity Mat (the squishy ones that babies lay on the floor on) (we got 2 as hand me downs with DS, the two most popular ones)
[ x ] Bouncer Seat also have the little lamb one, got it for DS at a shower
[x ] Swing (got it at my shower for DS - the little lamb)
[ x ] High Chair (got a chicco as a hand me down, and a clip to the table chair, and eventually bought a tripp trapp)
[x ] Jogging Stroller one of the few things I bought for this new baby. Bought a friends used Valco baby with the detachable toddler seat. It's badass and I got an amazing deal.
[x ] Umbrella Stroller bought this when DS was about a year old - a MacLaren, when we figured out the travel system stroller was way too bulky
[x ] Baby Carrier (any kind, moby, bjorn, k'tan... ect) got a moby and a bjorn from a friend for DS, won the k'tan in a bump giveaway but was plannign to buy one regardless.
[ x ] Rock And Play the other thing I bought for this baby, didn't exist with DS
[x ] Boppy/Brestfriend got both for DS at showers. both useful but prefer the boppy!
[ x ] Monitors (video/audio/both) bought a lorex video monitor for DS. Got an angel care at our shower for him. love them both.
[x ] Jumper/Jumperoo (got the rainforest as a hand-me-down, bought a doorway one too)
[ x ] Walker DS got several walking toys for his 1st birthday and we kept them all
[x ] Co-Sleeper/Bassinet got a very trendy, modern bassinet from a friend as a hand-me-down. DS didn't sleep well in it. It's in the garage. I plan to give it to someone that needs it since we bought the RnP
[ x ] Glider/Rocker still have one in DS's room and bought a 2nd rocking chair from ikea for our master bedroom for new baby since he/she will be in our room a while.
[ x ] Baby Tub got a bucket style as a hand me down for DS, as well as the blow up duck tub which we loved. Bought a 'hammock' style tub for new baby at a consignment sale.
[x ] Exersaucer bought one for DS for his 1st cmas when he was 6 mos old and kept it for new baby

[ x] Bedding Set this would have been my only 'no', because I hate matchy bedding sets, but a friend of mine gave me one for a girl she had custom made that is AWESOME. So if we have a girl, I guess we have a bedding set.
