Brush LO's teeth?
Every once in awhile I will brush V's teeth with just water... But we haven't made it part of our daily routine.
Also... Have you used the toothpaste made specifically for LO's? I am curious about this....I can imagine V just eating it!!

Re: How often do you....
I try to do it every night before bed. In reality it's probably more like 3-4 times a week. Just water and a little toothbrush.
Almost never.
When she gets a bath, I "brush" them with a washcloth. I have only brushed her teeth a few times because I brush mine and she gets really interested. When that happens, I finish, rinse off my brush, then brush her teeth with just water.
No baby toothbrush or toothpaste yet.
I also have the orajel finger brush and tooth cleanser. I use at bedtime (course then she nurses but at least any solid food is maybe wiped away). N loves the finger brush and will happily chew on it if I let her.
When she's in the bath. I use a baby toothpaste, but can't remember which one.
Lol we have that too. I just let her chew on it though
I just bought her an actual toothbrush and paste. The paste is fluoride free and swallow able.
I brush her two teeth every night in the bath.

I asked my dentist about it and he said babies are naturally protected until 18 months from decay (provided they don't fall asleep with bottles). I have a little brush that goes on my finger, but I haven't used it yet. I want to though, just to start making a habit out of it.
This is what I do, too.
We do this too. We try hard to remember to do it each night.
