Do what you want with this info. I know no facts behind this nor do I have hard evidence. It was brought to my attention via another regular on another board. If you are posting pictures of your children and family (as always) use common sense. Try to use Internet safety when sharing your personal info. It has been brought to my attention a regular of the bump is married to a convicted child predator. He was alledgedly convicted of possession of child porn I was asked to bring it to the attention of others and I am doing so. I will not answer questions on this or give names. This is a pretty serious accusation. As we always say... You never know who is on the other side of the computer.
My purpose is not to start a 100 response post. I am simply wanting to remind people to be careful while posting.

That is what this post was for. I was contacted by a poster I don't know personally. I have seen her around, but not here. I happened to check my PMs and it was there. FWIW the poster in question isn't a reg. to me. I am not too sure who it is. The are questions surrounding a buddy of hers who is a semi-reg here.
It doesn't as far as precautions go, no...you are absolutely right. I won't speak for others, but it is just one of those "curiosity killed the cat" sort of things.
I completely agree that if you have no evidence, etc. you shouldn't perpetuate any allegations. You are in the right and I just thank you for mentioning it as a reminder to everyone.

I have already deleted AND BLOCKED every person who I came into contact with through this site from my Facebook page, and after I post this thread I will be sending a message to Bump Kathleen asking her to remove this account. I will not be back here.
I won't even waste my time defending my life or my husband to any of you. I know the truth and I know for certain if the things said about him were true he would not be the father of my children because he would still be in prison. If you all took a minute to actually check your facts regarding sex offender law you would see that as well. Instead you just decide to attack and tear me down when I have done nothing wrong. I have never broken any law yet I am being treated as if I did my husband's alleged crime.
So anyway, go ahead and say what you will, but be in advisement that any link posted on this site to the national sex offenders database does list my full home address and that information is not only in violation of TB TOS, but is also the address where my children reside. You may not respect me or my decisions, but I do ask that you respect the fact that their safety does not deserve to be compromised by an issue such as this.
Finally, you can save all of your negative comments about me and/or to me as I will not be coming here to read them.

No, the cleaning lady wasn't 400 ... the cleaning lady was paid for and then we sent her the extra, which was about 400. The cleaning lady was a different amount.

First of all - SHE is the one who basically outed her husband as a convicted felon. Then gave us permission to google him or PM her to find out more. A few of us opted to google, thus finding out his SO status. That's when people didn't feel comfortable as they ought to when there is a chance that he has access to her FB and TB. You can't get mad for people feeling that way about someone they barely know over the computer!!!
Second - convicted not once - twice! Used the word "alleged" during a trial not after being convicted twice!
She is in denial, as many spouses of convicted sex offenders are. Feel sorry for her children, because over 80% of those convicted for child pornography charges alone go on to admit in counseling or post-offender polygraph to actual child victims that have never reported the abuse. The chances her own children were or are being abused is fairly high, although not definite. I would never take the chance though, to trust someone like that.
The FBI is overwhelmed with the staggering increase in child pornography in the past 10 years. The numbers have increased astronomically, and it's not just one or two known offenders doing the viewing...many never get caught. So, while it is terrible and disturbing that her husband is a convicted sex offender, don't think that it cant happen in your neighborhood/family. Please go to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children's website and read about how to detect signs of abuse in your own children, because it happens everywhere and most often by someone the child loves and trusts.
