Recs for Herndon/Chantilly

Hi just moved to No Va need a good Ped and OBGYN. We are military and have Tricare.  Also looking for recommendations and ideas for part-time daycare or babysitting.  I don't work but as you know we need some time for appointments, errands and the gym.  I know the YMCA is good for the gym - but if you can suggest something else I would appreciate it - also we need date nights and are no longer near family and friends.

    Congrats on the move and good luck!

    I'm not sure if he accepts Tricare, but I use Paul A. Tudder as my OBGYN and adore him! He's in Reston and Leesburg, so not exactly in Herndon but close to it.

     As far as Ped, I use Dr. Sharmila Nair in Sterling.
