Bumps on baby's cheeks?

I noticed the other day that my daughter has tiny bumps on both of her cheeks.  They are not red or anything and blend in with her skin, so you can feel them but not see them unless the light hits her face just right.  The bumps don't seem to bother her, but I have no idea what they are.  She has had some baby acne on her chin in the past, but this is completely different.  Anyone else's LO have bumps or have any idea what this might be?  TIA!

    I had that. I don't know if it was acne or something else, but I wiped her face every night before bed with warm water, and it went away.

    My daughter had this, and she had it on her knees too. I'm not sure what it is but it didn't bother her just felt a little scaly? I think it's a kind of eczema. We give her a bath every night usually and I just scrubbed really gently a little more in those areas.  It just resolved itself; I wouldn't worry if it's not itchy, red, irritated, etc. - just another newborn thing!
