I will likely need to use a SNS full time and I was wondering how others do it. I know I want atleast 2 systems so I have extra parts if needed but I am wondering if I should get multiple systems and set them up once or twice a day or just set up bags & wash the system between each feed? I will be using the lact-aid as I hear it is superior to the medela. I would also appreciate any other advice reguarding it. TIA!
I used the Medela for about 4 weeks. I washed it between feeds. I had a good experience overall using it and didn't find it to be that big of a deal to wash and dry it between sessions.

I've never used one, but I donated milk to an adoptive mom that used one almost exclusively for the first 5mo (she was trying to start producing milk, sadly it didn't work out). I'm pretty sure she had at least two of them. I know they would thaw enough milk for the day and put it in an airtight container in the fridge so the baby got a good mix of hindmilk and foremilk, rather than thawing individual milk bags.
