Had NT Scan yesterday

DH and I went in yesterday for our NT scan. It was my first u/s that wasn't internal, so that in itself was pretty exciting. We're also used to having to wait and squint until we can see where the heartbeat is to feel reassured, but as soon as the picture was up we could see baby in there wiggling around. It waved it's arms around the whole time and kept touching it's mouth (almost looked like it was sucking it's thumb) and opening it's mouth.

After the tech did all the measurements, she tried to get some pictures for us, but the baby apparently was done with pictures because it turned over and wouldn't turn back, even when she jiggled my belly. We met with the Dr. who said all the measurements from the u/s were in the normal range and that baby had a visible nasal bone (all good things!) We have to wait a week for the results but he said he doesn't expect them to find anything unusual. He also congratulated me for making it to 2nd tri and told me that since I only have 3 doses of progesterone left to just take them at night. So, tomorrow night is my last dose. Hooray!
