more milk special blend by motherlove

I will be going back to work next week and need to increase my breast milk. Has anyone tried this supplement. "more milk special blend" and if so, how do you like it? This is supposed to work better than fenugreek.

    The special blend tastes so bad I could barely stand it.  If you  have a decent supply already and are just worried about maintaining rather than increasing, try their More Milk Plus blend instead.  It has almost all the same stuff minus goat's rue, and doesn't taste quite as bad ( although still pretty awful!  LOL ).  Make sure you get the alcohol-free tincture.  I think they offer it both ways.

    I took More Milk Plus capsules by Motherlove, seemed to help. I think the variety you mentioned is for more severe cases. Oatmeal and almond milk can also help. GL!

    That's interesting to hear about the Almond Milk, that's the only kind of Milk I drink.

    I'm EBF right now and haven't really pumped. When I do, I get very little so not enough for a supply that I can freeze. I want to be able to get a supply so that he can be bottlefed when I'm at work. My supply right now is "just right". I have only enough for LO but not enough to store.
