I'm not usually this lazy. Usually, I like to at least walk the doggies a 3x a week or so but I have no motivation!! I didn't suffer from m/s and so my weight slowly rose. I started around 133-135 lbs and am now at 145. I'm 5'2 and have 23 weeks to go--do I need to get this weight under control? I feel like the hunger is just about to hit.
Ugh. I sluggishly put on the tennis shoes today and I forced myself to get 30 minutes in.
What's your motivation to get moving? TIA!

Okay, but is this realistic in the coming 23 weeks? Just one pound a week? I'm a FTM, so I have no idea.
And, Thanks, PP. I'm not going to get caught up in the scale. Just the healthy mama, healthy baby mentality. But right now, this mama wants to sit on the couch.
I'll just make myself get up and stop whining.
