Friday Fitness Check In

Ok ladies, here we go. In my post earlier this week, I noticed a lot of ladies were interested in getting in shape so here is our weekly check in. Today we should talk about our goals!

My goals are to lose 30 lbs and hopefully fit back in my pre pregnancy pants. I also want to start eating healthier. I need to set a good example for my son so he will hopefully adopt my healthy habits :) We have actually been pretty good about eating healthy since he usually eats what we eat!

  • Here we go! :)   My goal is to lose 13lbs. I've done 30DS 3x this week and I am soorrrreeeeeeeee and creaky. Like actually grunting when I p/u LO.  LMAO  I eat pretty well most of the time and my dr's going to run a blood test for my thyroid, since my physiology has been way out of whack since I had Beth. (and I'm 41  ~~ahem~~). oy.   lol   I'm 5'3 and 140.  (THERE! I said it!)  GL Ladies! We can do THIS!    And after we all meet our goals- Party at my house! In Missouri! :)

  • I haven't weighed myself in 3 weeks because I know I will not like what I see so on that note, I started to work out and eat better. My overall goal is to lose a few pounds but mostly tone up!

  • I want to lose a total of 55lbs....all this week I have stayed within my calories.  I am using My Fitness Pal to log my calories in.  Working out....well, haven't been able to.  But plan on it tonight & this weekend for sure.

  • My goal is to exercise for at least 30 minutes, four days a week and cut way back on soda.  Since I started my new job, which requires me to get up 30 minutes earlier, I have gotten into a bad habit of drinking 2 or 3 sodas a day for the caffeine (I hate coffee).

    So, I want to run at least 30 minutes a day, 3 days a week, and try one bonus fitness activity each week.

    We have started to eat much healthier since Chase started on solids, since he eats what we do, so I should be OK for food.

    If any of you sign up on Daily Mile, I am Jill Derrick if you want to friend me.  It started off as just running, but they have a bunch of activities on there now, so you can log your workouts.  Plus, its free and we can support each other on a more regular basis.

  • My goal is to only gain 10 lbs this pregnancy (as per my MW).  I don't think it's actually going to happen, but I will work my best to minimize the gain. 

    I was doing okay until I went to DQ today....

  • My long term goal is to lose 15-20 lbs and run a 5k race (b/c honestly right now I'm lucky if I can run 1/4 mile). Short/weekly goal is to stay within my WW points without using the "extra" points and exercise 30-45 minutes 5x a week.
