PSA: The Best Bread Recipe EVER!

Ok, I love to bake, but I have always failed at bread. Think lopsided brick kind of fail. Well, I found this recipe on pinterest, and it is not only the best bread I've ever made, but possible the best I've ever had. And it is ridiculously easy. So I have to share. The picture below is my loaf from yesterday afternoon, which is all gone already. And BTW - even DH said "this is the best thing I've ever eaten"

    Mmm this is my favorite recipe but I've never put it in my dutch oven! I'm going to have to do that maybe later today! 

     

    Your Loaf is beautiful! fresh bread is the best. I make this really yummy chive butter fresh its amazing on fresh warm bread

    Oohhhhh.   That looks delightful. I can't bake most thingd but, oddly enough, I am awesome at making bread. I can't wait to try it.

    I pinned the same recipe! I've never tried it though, but I want to. Now I have a good excuse to get a cast iron dutch oven:).

    I think you can use anything that has a cover and is big enough to accommodate the rise - a crock pot insert was mentioned and a baking stone with a metal bowl over it too. I think I might try a loaf pan with another loaf pan over it for sandwich bread tonight!
