So I had mentioned about a week or so ago that DH and I may or may not have been TTC this month. I had already POAS twice this week and they were both negative, so I didn't think this post was ever going to be written. Whelp, my period was supposed to come today and I figured hey, why not take one more test.
There were definitely 2 lines!!
I'm not even freaking out yet, more just in shock that it actually only took one cycle (and only having sex 2 or 3 times the whole month lol). I'm definitely excited and obviously nervous.. but I honestly cannot wait for L to have a sibling. DH and I both were not a huge fan of the newborn stage, so to get the second one "out of the way" early will be a huge relief :-)
Anywhoo... add me to the KU club please :-)
(PS: this might be a post-and-run, so I apologize if I don't respond soon... I need to go shopping for a big sister onesie!)
Re: Holy sh!t, I'm going to need a double stroller.

Congrats, Shannon! H&H9.
And can I just add that all these BFPs are giving me even worse baby fever than I already have.

I don't take one single minute for granted.
Oh wow, I didn't know that many of you cared about my BFP haha .. I feel all warm and fuzzy inside now
Apparently, there are absolutely zero "big sister" shirts in 12-18 month sizes ... at least not in any of the stores I visited just now. (BRU, BBB, Kmart)
I might just end up telling DH tonight when he gets home instead of putting a onesie on L.. although the thought crossed my mind to just write "big sister" in permanent marker on an older onesie haha.
Thanks girls for all the well wishes.. makes me feel loved by my e-friends :-)
I like that idea, too! a bib might be a little bit easier than a onesie.. He doesn't get home from work until 7-730, so I have some time to figure out what I'm going to do. :-)
Hm, never thought of Kohl's... if L decides to cooperate later on maybe I can go check it out. Thanks! :-)
Congratulations!
For the shirt you could also buy iron on letters at Michaels. It doesn't take very long to do!
