nature is cruel

Why is it that if we have over pluck our eyebrows and want them to be full again, the previously plucked hairs never come back...but pluck a chin hair 1000 times and that sucker keeps on returning???? Nature sure has a twisted sense of humor.

I hear you.  Just like when you have energy to burn in your 20s and could eat a box of twinkies and not gain an ounce but by the time you're in your 40s, you look at a twinkie and gain 5lbs plus less energy yet have to drag yourself to work out.  Cruel indeed.

  • Lol so true! I have an endocrine disorder, so my hair (on my head) is fine and thin and there's even a bald-ish patch where it's parted, but the hairs on my chin and upper lip grow like weeds! Have to use an electric tweezer on them. Gaah!
